MEDITERRANEAN - Turkey
DAY 1: RHODES
Embarkation in Rhodes, the island famous worldwide for the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Be sure to visit the Castle of the island as it houses the Archaeological Museum.
DAY 2: RHODES – MARMARIS (~30 NM)
We cruise to Marmaris where sailing is very popular and the nightlife is alluring and just 25 nautical miles away is the well known Dalyan river where guests may enjoy rafting and canoeing. Don’t miss a visit to the castle of Caunos and also the large market for shopping.
DAY 3: MARMARIS – HIDDEN PORT (~21 NM)
We either stop for swimming or stay overnight in a beautiful remote location, or we spend the night at a beautiful, natural, hidden port. Take this opportunity to appreciate the quiet and calm whilst enjoying the fantastic amenities on board.
DAY 4: HIDDEN PORT – BOZBURUN (~16.5 NM)
On to Loryma which is ideal for discovering and exploring ancient ruins. After this we cruise to Bozburun for swimming and then to the Port which is famous for its thyme honey known all across Turkey.
DAY 5: BOZBURUN – DATCA (~25 NM)
Next we cruise to Datca and stop for a swim before cruising onto the town. Make sure you do some shopping in the small bazaar where you will find interesting carpets and unique souvenirs.
