MEDITERRANEAN - Saronic Gulf Islands and East Peloponnese
DAY 1: ATHENS– HYDRA (~40 NM)
Embarkation at Athens and cruise to Dokos for swimming, after which we head
to Hydra port, a crescent-shaped harbor, around which is centered a strand
of restaurants, shops, markets, and galleries.
DAY 2: HYDRA – MONEMVASIA (~48 NM)
In the morning we cruise to Monemvasia where we stop for swimming at the
beautiful Gulf and later visit the unique Byzantine Castle, along with its walls.
DAY 3: MONEMVASIA – KYPARISI (~18 NM)
Cruise to Kyparisi and stop to take an enjoyable swim. Then head to the traditional small port with small traditional “Ouzeri” Taverns that offer Greek ouzo which you must undoubtedly enjoy!
DAY 4: KYPARISI – ASTROS (~30 NM)
We cruise to Astros and stop for swimming at Fokianos Bay, then in the afternoon we make our way to the graphic port and the small and simple town which gives off a calm and serene atmosphere.
DAY 5: ASTROS – NAFPLIO (~10 NM)
When we arrive in Nafplio, visit the famous castle and museum, not forgetting to enjoy the night life which is full of surprises!
DAY 6: NAFPLIO – TOLO (~7 NM)
We cruise to Tolo and stop at a superb beach for swimming and water sports.
Enjoy the Greek hospitality and traditional tavernas that the village has to offer.
DAY 7: TOLO – PORTO HELI (~17 NM)
Cruise to Korakonisia or Porto Heli, depending on the weather, and stop for a refreshing swim. Then cruise to Porto Heli for the night.
DAY 8: PORTO HELI – SPETSES (~6 NM)
Depart from Porto Heli, stop for a swim at Ksylokeriza then cruise on to Spetses. Here at this charming island, be sure to embrace the unique aspect of the town with its many pine trees.
DAY 9: SPETSES – POROS (~30 NM)
Our next stop is the quiet island of Poros with Neoclassical houses and ideal spots for water sports.
DAY 10: POROS – ATHENS (~30 NM)
Finally, we cruise to Athens for disembarkation.
